Planning Process
The North Central Adult Education Consortium (NCAEC) employs a comprehensive planning process that involves key stakeholders and experts in the field. The Consortium's board comprises superintendents from member school districts, who serve as the board of directors. Additionally, representatives from member organizations are assigned to a Task Force, which manages the planning process under the oversight of the Consortium board.
The Consortium board convenes monthly to oversee the planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Partner organizations play a crucial role in the planning process and participate in monthly meetings to provide valuable insights and perspectives.
The Task Force strategically addresses the planning process, holding regular meetings to review progress and make informed decisions. To further enhance the planning process, sub-groups have been established. These sub-groups consist of adult education experts, including faculty and administrators from school districts and the Yuba City Unified District, as well as representatives from partner organizations. This diverse composition ensures that the planning process benefits from a broad range of expertise and perspectives, ultimately leading to more effective and impactful outcomes for adult learners in the region.
